Recruitment Process at Unipal

 

Unipal selects candidates with winning potential to join its team, if you applied for an opening, then:

  • Your CV will be screened for compatibility
  • Compatible candidates shall be invited for a problem-solving test
  • A shortlist of candidates who pass the test, shall be invited to the first interview
  • If you leave a good impression, you shall be invited for a function-specific test (accounting or marketing) or sales field trial.
  • If you prove yourself suitable you will be invited for a second interview.
  • Successful candidates shall go through a 3 month trial period before finally becoming a team member.
